Jumpletics is a community of 7th-12th grade jumpers in the OKC metro area. We have opportunities in the Fall, Spring and Summer for athletes to train with us and and other jumpers in the state of Oklahoma. We focus on teaching the technical aspects of high jump, long jump and triple jump!

These sessions will focus on technique, drills and full approach jumping with 1-1 feedback for each participant. These sessions are intended to help an athlete better understand the overall mechanics of the event.

Location: Oklahoma Christian University
Coach Lacey graduated from Mustang High School in 2010. She is an Oklahoma 6a State champion in the high jump and went on to compete for the University of Central Oklahoma from 2010-2014. At UCO she achieved 7 conference titles and became a 4-time All-American in the high jump as well as competing in the heptathlon at multiple conference meets. Coach Lace has coached multiple state champions, DII conference chmpaions and national qualifiers and is passionate about helping athletes better themselves. Most recently Coach Lace has coached 4 of the top 6 jumpers (combined men and women) in the Lonestar Conference of Division II. She is USATF certified.
Coach Dale is from the small town of Preston, OK where he was a 2A state champion in the long jump. He has spent time at the Juco, NAIA, and DII level as an athlete competing in nationals and winning several conference championships and accolades. Coach Dale is entering his 14th season as a D2 NCAA coach and has has produced 10 NCAA All-Americans. Most recently, he coached 2 DII national qualifiers in the long jump and the Women’s Indoor Lonestar Conference Champion in Long Jump.
